One Cooker to Rule Them All

From roasting meat to baking bread, and everything in-between, the B57CR23NOB has 12 cooking programmes that will have you serving up culinary masterpieces time and time again.

With many different fan-assisted ovens that use the fan to push air into the cavity. The NEFF B57CR23NOB uses the fan to pull air out of the cavity and then force it through specially placed vents. This Cooking System called CircoTherm circulates the hot air around the oven to evenly spread out the heat perfectly to bring cooked food on every shelf.

When you’re cooking a quick meal for one or a even family sized bake, you don’t need to heat up the entire oven. With NEFF it has the CircoTherm Eco and Conventional Heat Eco Functions that have been designed for a single shelf cooking. They only heat up the centre of the oven therefore they use less energy, saving you money on your bills.

With the integrated grill within, it can be used for full width or central section depending on the quantity of food that you are cooking.

With the ShiftPanel Control Display that uses colours and grapjhics to help you navigate all the cooking setting with ease. Other Functions include bread baking, top and bottom heat, slow cooking and the CircoTherm intensive.

Disappearing Door

When fully opened the door neatly slides away under the oven, making it much easier to put in and take out large dishes, as well as reducing the risk of burning yourself on a hot oven door.

Not having a door sticking out when it’s open is ideal for smaller kitchens

The Door is quadruple glaszed which ensures that the heat stays in the oven and no energy is wasted. This feature has helped the NEFF B57CR23N0B gain an A Energy Efficiency Rating.

When buying your new oven, the most important aspect is to ensuring that it is large enough to meet your cooking needs. With 71 litres of usable space, you will have no problem cooking for a large family or hosting dinner parties for friends.

The oven comes with two shelves and a universal pan that can be placed on four different levels inside the cavity. With the telescopic rail on one of the levels it allows you to pull the shelf out of the oven without tipping it over.

By heating the oven up to a staggering 500 C, all the grease and grime is reduced to ash, allowing you to simply wipe it away with a damp cloth. Due to the high temperatures, reaching the oven door it is automatically locked when using this programme for that added peace of mind.
