Curator's Notes
Deep-frying is a great method of cooking specialty dishes but can often result in messy cleanup with a lot of wasted oil. The Kaico Oil Pot is the perfect kitchenware tool to help with the process. The thoughtfully designed Pot with its six-part base with handle, strainer system and lid efficiently filters and stores oil allowing you to re-use only the best parts.
